Our club was formed on 4th November 1920 by a group of local residents and members of the Church congregation. Encountering many and varied challenges (moles!) but lots of effort and voluntary work, we are still going strong. Click here for our 100 year timeline and some amazing archive photos.

Hutton and Shenfield Tennis Club is an LTA-registered club
with five excellent courts, competitive teams for all standards,
four qualified coaches and a friendly and sociable membership.

With five courts, all with well maintained surfaces and nets
the club boasts some of the best outdoor facilities in the area.
Four of the courts are floodlit enabling evening tennis.

We have over fifteen competitive teams playing in various
leagues locally. If you want to play competitive tennis then
there's likely a team here for you.
