The draw for the 2024 H&S Club Tournament
Deadlines as follows:
Mens Singles, Mens Doubles, Mens Vets Singles, Mixed Doubles, Handicap Mixed
Round of 32 – 26th May
Last 16 – 23rd June
Quarters – 4th August
Semis – 1st September
Final – 7/8 September
Mens Vets Doubles, Ladies Doubles, Mixed Vets Doubles, Family Mixed
Last 16 – 9th June
Quarters – 21st July
Semis – 1st September
Final – 7/8 September
Ladies Singles & Ladies Vets Doubles:
Quarters – 30th June
Semis – 1st September
Final – 7/8 September
A few rules to guide you:
- It’s the responsibility of the top player/ pair (red flag) to arrange the match.
- If the match isn’t completed by the deadline (see 4 below) a BYE will be given to the bottom layer/pair (blue flag).
- All matches to be best of 3 sets, with 7-point tie breaks in sets 1 and 2 and a 10-point tie break in the set 3, unless otherwise agreed at the start of the match.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to update the notice board in the club house with the result.
- Please play by the deadlines listed above.
There are a lot of games to get played in the first couple of rounds so the earlier we can get these started the better.
